Our philosophy was derived from Paracelsus, which originated more than 530 years ago. Because of his legacy, Switzerland is the only country in the world that has enshrined access to alternative medicine as a fundamental right in its constitution.

The Paracelsus Clinic was founded in 1958 by Dr. Walter Winkelmann, a renowned naturopath with the vision of making Switzerland the center of a revolution in medical care.

Since then, the Paracelsus Clinic has evolved into a one-stop clinic comprising 5 doctors, 2 dentists and over 30 nurses and therapists whose knowledge and experience is second to none. The medical staff is both traditionally and alternatively trained and work together collegially to personalize each patient’s care. The clinic’s diagnostic and therapeutic procedures are highly innovative and state of the art.
